About Imran Josephi

Three Decades of Financial Leadership

With over 30 years of hands-on executive finance experience spanning nonprofits, public accounting firms, oil & gas, higher education, and government. Imran Josephi brings the depth of a Big 4 background and the agility of a trusted advisor.

A licensed CPA since 2009 and AICPA member since 2015, Imran has served as CFO, Director of Finance, and Audit Manager for organizations managing portfolios from $20M to $200M. Operating his independent practice, Josephi CPA, since 2014, he has provided ongoing fractional CFO services to HUD-funded nonprofits — turning organizations that ran consistent annual deficits into ones that now report consistent annual surpluses, through improved budgeting, disciplined financial reporting, and the implementation of modern accounting systems.
